The sky was as blue as ever, a few clouds painted the sky as the sound of birds can be heard off into the distance. It was a bright and beautiful day with not a disturbance in the world. Then, a sudden explosion ruined the moment, accompanied with a guy screaming.
'Deku! Do you want to learn magic or not?' questioned a brunette in a red-pink hood, holding a staff.
'Of course!' replied instantly; the green-haired boy immediately got to his feet and dusted himself off quickly.
'Then focus!' ordered the brunette as she prepared to launch another attack.
This green-haired hero, Deku, was the most generic and unordinary person in a world where magic, dragons and gods are the norm. He's currently training with his friend and travel buddy, Uraraka, who is the only magic expert they have in the group.
'Ah!' cried Deku as he fell over again.
A blue-haired man sighed at the sad display of his fallen friend, 'Come on, Deku! I'm sure you can do better than that!'
Iida was this man's name, the clanking of his armour was subtle but there as he cheered enthusiastically for the freckled boy. Another person with hair half white on his right and half red on his left was accompanying Iida as he silently watched his friends trained.
'I thought you could only use magic if you were born with it,' questioned heterochromatic eyes to blue ones.
'Well my dear friend Todoroki, if one trains hard enough, it wouldn't matter if you were born with magic or not,' replied Iida.
Todoroki was a prince of the fire kingdom before he escaped the clutches of his manipulative father. While on the road, he met Deku the hero, Uraraka the mage, and Iida the knight; they've been travelling together ever since.
After a long day of training, the four heroes went into town to perhaps find some lunch. While walking around, horses were suddenly heard and magic blasts were being fired. Deku and his friends drew their attentions to a familiar sight: four bandits riding on horses, The Notorious Five. Led by the infamous light-blue-haired criminal, Shigaraki, these people go from town to town robbing stores, killing people, and burning homes; this time was no exception.
'Hey! Get back here!' yelled a blonde man with crimson-red-eyes, 'Give that back!'
Toga, one of the members of The Notorious Five, giggled happily, 'You're gonna have to catch me first!'
Before the blonde man even got close, the thieves rounded the corner and were out of sight. While the man was busy swearing under his breath, Deku wandered up to him and asked if he and his friends could help in any way.
The man who got robbed was named Bakugo, he explained that Toga had stolen a magic stone that allowed to turn Bakugo's dragon, Kirishima, into a human hybrid. Deku immediately offered his help to Bakugo while Uraraka was still shocked to find that Bakugo has a dragon. Together, they ventured out trying to find the infamous thieves.
After discussing a possible location in which their enemies could be hiding at, Bakugo offered to fly the four young heroes on Kirishima's back. Not refusing the offer, the five of them flew up high as they prepared for battle.
After landing safely on the ground, the five heroes marched towards the entrance of the bandits' hideout. Bakugo kicked down the door in surprise. The four members all turned and looked, not all that shocked.
'Hey! I think you may have something that belongs to me,' said Bakugo in a serious and angry tone.
Each villain and hero pulled out their weapons and got into a fighting stand. Bakugo was the first to charge at Toga, casting immediate fire to the palm of his hands. Toga moved swiftly, dodging every palm while bringing out her daggers to try and make a few cuts. Todoroki drew his sword on another member, Dabi, who used his own magic fire power. His baton-like staff was sturdy enough to block Todoroki's every swing, making it a stalemate. Iida took on Kurogiri, an excellent swordsman himself. That left Shigaraki to Deku and Uraraka.
Uraraka held up her staff to cast long ranged magic power, while Deku got up close to Shigaraki, sword and dagger clashing. When Deku felt like he couldn't keep up, he turned and saw both Iida and Bakugo down, even Toga had came up behind Uraraka. That's when he used all his strenght and pushed Shigaraki to do the ground. Todoroki saw this and went up to his friend after winning his own battle.
'Deku!' cried Todoroki, happy to see his friend alright. That was before Deku plunged his sword into Todoroki's chest.
Eyes wide with horror, Uraraka could only stare at Todoroki's lifeless body on the ground in silence. Deku was stood in front of Uraraka by the time she even realised what happened.
'Why?' muttered Uraraka, 'I thought we were friends.'
'Why in the world would I be friends with lame heroes like you when I have way more fun being a villain?' mocked Deku.
'You were with them this whole time?'
'Ever wondered where the fifth member of The Nutorious Five was? Well, you're looking at him,' Deku smiled cheekly, 'Not every story has to have a happy ending, Uraraka.'
And with that, the last thing that Uraraka saw was the green eyes she grew so fond of, before plunging into darkness.
